There are good attorneys, and compassionate attorneys; but very few good, compassionate attorneys. Mr. Skipper is the latter and a consummate professional.
With a child of ours attending a university in Charleston, he guided us through a relatively minor infraction, which could have escalated into a life-altering issue had it not been handled properly. Our child was detained for a second time with a fake ID, and without Mr. Skipper's assistance, that child might not have been able to enter a process that eventually led to her record being completely expunged.
